Lumbar 4-in-1 Back Brace with Hot Cold Pack

The Mueller Hot/Cold Lumbar Back Brace helps relieve lower back pain while providing support to strains, sprained and aching backs. It comes with a dual sided, removable lumbar pad for varying levels of support, as well as a removable hot/cold pack to help reduce pain and swelling. This versatile back brace has secondary straps for custom fit and compression.

1. Unfasten all straps
2. Insert reversible lumbar pad (or hot/cold pack into the inner pocket) If using the
   reversible lumbar pad, choose which side you want against your back; ridging or padded.
3. Place the lumbar pad in the lumbar pouch so that the desired side will be against your back when the brace is on. The Mueller logo on the desired side should be upright 
4. Wrap main straps around waits, right side over left
5. Fasten outer straps, right side over left
