Refund policy

Please choose your purchase carefully, as we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective. Defective items or shipping damage must be reported within 7 days and 24 hours of delivery, respectively, to cs@riomedicalus.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RA number issued by our customer service team.
