Return Policy: Please select your purchase carefully. No return or exchange is allowed. Any defective item may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase, with original receipt.

Rental Term and Conditions

• • If the apparatus is late, the customer agrees to pay the additional rent on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

  • If the apparatus is damaged, the customer agrees to pay for parts and labor.

  • If the apparatus is damaged beyond repair, or lost, the customer will be held liable for the cost of the unit and it will be charged to the customer’s credit card. In case the customer does not wish to put the charges on their credit card or the apparatus is rented without a credit card, alternate payment methods such as cash or check will be accepted.

  • RIO MEDICAL SUPPLIES offers no warranty either expressed or implied and disclaims all manufactures warranties. Use of the apparatus for other than the purpose intended shall be considered a breach of this contract.

  • It is expressly agreed that RIO Medical Supplies will not be liable for any damage, losses or injury sustained by the renter or by the user of the apparatus.

  • I have fully inspected the apparatus and found it in proper working order.

  If apparatus is delivered in abscence of the user. User agrees to inspect and report immediately if there is any defect or malfunction of the equipment delivered.

  • Any rental charges are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, if cancelled less than 24 hours of rental start date.
